Deposit:
Everest: A non-refundable deposit of US$20,000 is payable to secure a place on the expedition.
Everest + Lhotse: A non-refundable deposit of US$25,000 is payable to secure a place on the expedition.
Lhotshe: A none- refundable deposit US$ 8,000.00 to secure a place on the expedition .
Balance:
Everest: The balance of US$49,000 is due November 28, 202.
Everest/Lotsthe: The balance of US$64,000 is due November 28, 2024.
Lhotse: The balance of US$17,000. is due November 28th, 2024.
Remaining balance that are not received within the 121 day deadline, risk for forfeiture of their place and deposit on the expedition.

Everest Refund Policy:
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. This is highly due to heavy costs that we must bear for our clients before their arrival in Nepal. This includes government permits, operator permits, food and gear that must be bought in advance and shipped to base camp for a successful expedition.
There are also no refunds on expeditions that conclude without reaching or making progress towards the expedition objective. Such conditions include bad route conditions, bad-weather, or any other factor that is outside the control of Khangri Experience.
Our refund policy also protects other climbers that have dedicated their time and capital to the expedition.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS ON THIS TRIP
Trip Cancellation Insurance:
We highly advise our clients to take out trip cancellation insurance with your travel agent if you wish to be covered against cancellation due to personal or medical reasons.

All transportation in Nepal, including round-trip flights from Kathmandu to Lukla. Helicopter is also included in the price after the expedition, from basecamp to Lukla
